Once your enquiry has been received, a friendly member of our team will send you an enrolment email, which will have both an enrolment and direct debit form to be fully completed. To further complete the enrolment process, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and current official immunisation records (obtained from Centrelink) are to be obtained.
Once enrolment is accepted we ask that a refundable bond of two weeks of fees and a non-refundable enrolment fee of $200.00 be paid to confirm your child’s placement. The bond amount will vary depending on how many days your child attends Reach for the Stars Early Learning Centre.
Upon giving notice to leave Reach for the Stars Early Learning Centre, this bond will be refunded within two weeks of your child’s last day in attendance.
Reach for the Stars has a minimum two day enrolment requirement per child. Attendance of two or more days per week helps in the settling process, enabling a smoother transition into their new surroundings. In addition, children’s programs are designed so that the entire curriculum is adopted so as to ensure children receive our entire 5 Star point curriculum.
- Unique educational curriculum
- Vision, speech and hearing health screens
- Five nutritionally balanced meals and snacks
- Weekly drama, music and language classes

Billing is conducted fortnightly on a Monday for that fortnight in advance. Fees will be deducted from the nominated account given in the enrolment process.
Why do I pay for public holidays and/or when my child is absent due to illness?
Fees need to be paid during these days as they cover everyday running costs of the centre regardless of attendance of children.
Am I able to claim any Government rebates if I enrol with Reach for the Stars?
As we are a registered childcare provider, there are Government rebates that may be applicable to your child’s childcare, which may include the Child Care Rebate (CCR) and the Child Care Benefit (CCB). For more information please refer to (will send you link shortly)
The ratio of educator to children is set by the government and stands at:
0-2 years 1:4
2-3 years 1:5
3-5 years 1:10
However as part of our offering of a premium service, we often have extra educators so that the children may be given more opportunity for a one-one service.
